[video-l] Summary of the first meeting

Dear video-l contacts,

A first meeting was held last week on the subject of streaming content
distribution (in NL) with a number of Dutch ISPs/access providers and
content providers/broadcasters. As expected it served very well as a
first discussion with the type of parties present. The main outcome is
that AMS-IX is requested to start a Working Group that will first
address the determination of the mutual issue; next steps can be a
further detailed inventory and eventually potential prototyping. More
details can be found in the attached summary of the session and (for
members) will be debriefed in next weeks AMS-IX General Meeting. 

Meanwhile, feedback from attendees on the summary or just comments and
discussion by anyone is welcome.
